You should spend more time listening to others, take some regular physical exercises, increase positive feedback to yourself and those around you, work with a mentor or life coach, turn mistakes into energy, start spiritual pursuits, recognize your feelings, be motivated to focus on an emotional goal, avoid people who invalidate you or don't respect your feeling and look for the humor or life lesson in a negative situation.
