Fourth, support your team and team member especially when their morale is low. Your support will motivate them and they will trust you as a leader.

Finally, you must be a trustworthy person. You must walk the talk. You action is louder than your word.

In summary, you must build trust with your team to follow your direction and willingly become your loyal team member. Without a trust, we will not be able to lead a team. Deposit more money and withdraw less in order to maintain a good balance in your account. To build trust, you must tell the truth, respect your people, show your understanding, support whenever they need it and be trustworthy. By doing so, you will be a leader who inspires followers and will have a great success.
